Summer Meals

This is a wonderful time when we do not need to do anything. However, there are times where we do not like summer because of rising temperatures. To cope with the heat, usually in America eat ice cubes, ice cream, and other things with which certainly related to the ice. For the Koreans seemed different, but they usually eat ice food hot or spicy, author himself did not understand the reason why, maybe because it can cause perspiration, so the heat will be reduced.


PATBINGSOO
Patbingsoo is the first Korean dessert in history. It is bassically a bowl of shaved and fill in the various items, which are usually sweet red bean or azukibean, bits of mochi, and fruit. Many stores also serve with ice cream and also in different flavors. Different flavors can be as green tea, coffee, fruit.







KALGOOKSOO
This is a delicious noodle dish that is historically known for its cut by hand. However, with more advanced technology, people can buy that has been cut by machine and packed in stores. Broth noodles are usually made from dried fish and dashima, a kind of seaweed. Sometimes, the shell are also used if you want to make it a seafood kalgooksoo, the kind that is very popular. Vegetables or seafood are also added such as potatoes, onions, varrots, clams, shrimp, squash, or mushrooms (it all depends on personal taste). Why is this good at eating in the summer? When those people went to Korea in the summer, food is often eaten during the summer, food is a lot of sweat but no effect keeps the body cool.

Foods that this one might have regarded worl wide as toppokki is one food that famouse in Korea, not only in the winter it is often sought after food but the food is also always in summer, spring and autumn. This food has a spicy flavor and a little anise. Usually Toppokkis also presented in the new year and enjoyed through out the year in Tteokbokki.

SUMMER

SUMMER in Korea was very hot and wet. Summer in Korea bagan in June and lasts until theend of August. A cross the country will increase summer temperatures reach 30 degrees celcius. The festival will always crowded tourist from around the world and domestically.

WINTER
Korea's current attraction is the variety of winter ice festival which is celebrated by all Koreans. The whole area is covered with deep snow Korea will present a variety of activities such as skiing, snowboarding, sleigh, to lure fish from the ice is exciting. Various ice festival will also be coloring your lovely holiday in Korea, such as Taebaeksan Snow Festival which is a winter festival of the most popular in Korea. Here you can enjoy the game form the snow, race sleeding Siberian Husky dogs, ice sleeding, and the kite festival. The festival is usually held in January to February.


AUTUMN


One interesting scene in the autumn is the most Korean people choose to enjoy this season with activities over the mountain. Based on research, a mixture of zinc oxide between two electrodes is able to produce energy when it is vibrated by the voices arround. This study could change the sound of noisy traffic into electrical energi by 50 millivolts. That is, the concep of Dr. Kim turned out tobe proven. Because this time, continued research target is to improve the composition of zinc oxide between two electrodes in order to generate more electricity than a smaller sound energy.

    GIRL'S GENERATION is a group of South Korean female singers formed by SM Entertainment 2007. They consist of nine members: Taeyon, Jessica, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung, Yonna and Seohyun.


           Formation of Girls Generation announced on Jully 16 2007. At 
 first, they were named Super Girl, a female version of  Super Junior. HAESIDANG PARK

DADOHAE HAESANG NP
Daodahe Haesang national park on the coast of  South Korea, which  is also the  largest national park in the country. Located on the coast of South Jeolla region, which is a green area of Korea. The park was established in 1981 and currently has about 600,000 tourist per year. The total area of the park, including water level is 2.321 km2.

Hunting Korean's FOOD ! NYAMMY...

                        In Korean, alcohol is almost always served and enjoyed with snacks or side dishes called "Anju". These dishes are often savory and or spicy fried chicken or squid, but nuts and fruit are also popular. It is a requirement to order anju with drinks at many Korean bars, clubs, and karouke places. Until recently, soju was the social drink of choice, but now beer, wine and brand name hard liquors are also popular.


SNACKINAPPLE
            
               Fruits is another popular anju, and fresh fruit plates are common in bars and nightclubs. A blend of  dried fruit and nuts is another anju. Since there are many soju drinks that use fruits like strawberries, lemons, oranges and apples fruit is a good complement to soju cocktails. Other finger food like sweet dried squid or dried anchovies and nuts are served as anju as well.




PAJUN

                     Savory foods are probably the most popular type of  anju, but that's mostly because anju is flexible. The most common savory anju dishes are things that are served pre-portioned like PA JUN, fried chicken, and soondae (Korean blood sausage).

BOKBUNJA JU
         Bokbunja, is blackberry native to Korea. The wine is the colour of oxblood, and its sweet, berry flavor is reminiscent more of dessert wine than a red wine. The drink has traditionally been associated with male virility, and it was not untill 2008 that a team of  Korean scientist  confirmed that the berry increased testosteron levels and sperm counts in mice. Talk about aphrodisiac.
