Korean HANBOK fashion term originated from the word HAN and BOK, meaning the clothing of the han. So called because these korean fashion style developed in the future Gloris Jeoseon Dynasty derrived from the han people.
Korean Fashion - Confucianism
Jen : kindness, good deeds, or honesty, as well as reciprocal teaching.
Chun-tzu : teaches humility, generosity, sinceruty, diligence, and flexibility.
Chen-ming : teach responsibility for his role.
Te : the srength and wosdrom.
Li : politeness, respect, and ethics.
Wen : art peace.
Confucian Korean society into the cultural reference and inspitatin in the creation including in the dress.
Thus, the korean hanbok as a fashion developing in that period reflected the confucian principles : simplicity, honesty, humility, modesty, and graciously. For the moment, korean fashion is used as the local ceremonies, memorial feast day, attending wedings, and etc.
